July 2016 - March 2020
As a Product Design Manager at eBay I led a fantastic team of UX, Visual, and Motion designers focused on creating amazing Buyer Experiences for the world's largest online marketplace. I was also a Product Design Manager in eBay's New Product Development organization where I led a design team that launched a fully localized, multi-platform, end-to-end eBay shopping experience for China.
Prior to transitioning to people leadership, I was a Lead Product Designer on eBay's New Product Development team (June 2016-April 2017) where our goal was bringing the next 100 million customers to eBay. Our first project was eBay ShopBot, a smart personal shopping assistant that helps you find exactly what you are looking for.
August 2014 - May 2016
As a lead designer at Apple I worked on a variety of exciting projects, primarily the design and launch of Apple Music (June 2015), and its subsequent redesign (2016). I led feature design for user onboarding, subscription, and retention. I also led design for 3rd party integrations for Sonos, and Apple Music features for Artists.
April 2014 - August 2014
At Beats Music my role was to imagine and explore new and exciting experiences for the music streaming service. I managed a variety of application enhancement projects for mobile, web, and Smart TV touch-points. Beats Music delivers a highly personalized and curated music experience. A large part of my role was ensuring that the Beats experience continued to feel truly intuitive and delightful, beautiful, usable, and enjoyable.
July 2010 - March 2014
As a lead designer at Samsung I envisioned, managed, and executed, research and strategy driven mobile UX concept design projects. I worked on 8 mobile UX projects with a focus on future smartphone, tablet, smart camera, Smart TV, and wearable experiences in the Galaxy product family. As member of the original Gear Fit product team I helped design Samsung's award winning curved screen wearable device. Additionally, I managed, designed, and led UI design and specifications for 24 North American production lineup smartphone models. Applied for 14 patents.

Worked within the Global Market and Product Development groups to manage both Structured & Public Finance marketing initiatives, S&P Web, and desktop analytic software products. Responsible for development, roll-out, and growth of marketing initiative that included advertising plans based on services offered, market potential, and competitive situations.
